Communication
Please contact me directly for any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or service. If something comes up within 24hrs of your appointment, text or call me. Otherwise text or email are the best forms of communication.

Payments
Cash and Debit/Credit Card are preferred forms of payment.
I keep a limited amount of change on hand. If you need to pay with a large bill like a $100 or $50 I can only change up to $20 back. Please plan accordingly.
Appointment Timing
If you are running 10
or more minutes
late, please text/message/call me and let me know. A Late Fee may be assessed, a reduction in service may be necessary (payment of full service), or a possible need to reschedule appointment with a Rebooking Fee.
If I am running more than 10 minutes late I will do my best to give you a heads up.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that the need to cancel or reschedule can come up occasionally. When last-minute appointment changes occur, they create gaps in the business day that can’t always be filled. Rebooking fees help create trust and respect within our working relationship.

72 hours or less: 20% rebooking fee

48 hours or less: 50% rebooking fee

24 hours or less: 100% rebooking fee
Rebooking Fee:
An invoice will be emailed and must be paid in full before a new appointment is offered.
Repeated Cancellations / Reschedules:
More than two cancellations or reschedules within a 12-month period may result in the inability to prebook future appointments or dismissal from my client list. This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for clients who consistently keep their reserved time.
