I understand how unnerving it can be to start a new relationship with a new hairstylist. I would like to put that anxiety to rest for you. You are in a safe place with Jamie Kelley Hair where you will be heard, understood, and cared for before any service takes place. Your peace of mind is of the utmost importance.
Every appointment starts with a thorough consultation where we will discuss your hair care and service history, take stock of where your hair is currently and what your desires moving forward are.
I will offer solutions and share ideas on how to achieve your goals, all while you relax in comfort.
I welcome all questions and will answer them honestly. Please feel free to send me any
questions you may have ahead of time or have them ready at your appointment.
A variety of complimentary snack and refreshment offerings are available at every appointment.

How should I arrive for my appointment?
Haircut
It is preferred that I am able to see your hair in it's most natural state. Having been washed within 36hrs, arriving dry and styled down with out any clips, braids, ponytails, etc. is best. This will help me determine what your hair will do naturally within a haircut. If you smooth iron or curl your hair regularly, it is fine to arrive with that styling so I can assess what might be or what might not be working for your styling. Please send me any questions you may have.
Color Services
Please arrive with your hair completely dry, having been washed within 24hrs of your appointment, styled down with out any clips, braids, ponytails etc. Newer hair color lines are more gentle and work best on clean hair. This will also allow me to do an exact color match so formulations are more accurate. Seeing your hair in it's natural state will also allow me to see how colors will look with your natural style. If you smooth iron or curl your hair regularly, it is fine to arrive with that styling so I can assess what might or might not work for your color application. Please send me any questions you may have.
Consultation
Let me put your mind at ease during this 30 minute consultation. During this time, we will discuss your hair care and service history, take stock of where your hair is currently and what your desires are moving forward. Together we will put together a road map of how to achieve your hair goals. This is the time to bring inspiration photos and any questions or concerns you may have. The $50 charge will be applied to your service that you book at the time of this appointment.

This level is ideal if you’d like minimal highlights or dimension added to a root touch-up or all-over color, such as brightness around the face or dimension through the crown, OR blonde maintenance for hair that lifts easily.
