Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that the need to cancel or reschedule can come up occasionally.
When last-minute appointment changes occur, they create gaps in the business
day that can’t always be filled.
Rebooking fees help create trust and respect within our working relationship.

72 hours or less: 20% rebooking fee

48 hours or less: 50% rebooking fee

24 hours or less: 100% rebooking fee
Rebooking Fee:
An invoice will be emailed and must be paid in full before a new appointment is offered.
Repeated Cancellations / Reschedules:
More than two cancellations or reschedules within a 12-month period may result in the inability to prebook future appointments or dismissal from my client list. This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for clients who consistently keep their reserved time.
