Appointment Request
Communcation
Please contact me directly for any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or service. If something comes up within 24hrs of your appointment, text or call me. Otherwise text or email are the best forms of communication.
Contacting New Image Hair Studio takes 2-3 days before I receive messages and causes huge delays in communication which can be detrimental to ALL parties.
Payments
Cash and Debit/Credit Card are preferred forms of payment.
I keep a limited amount of change on hand. If you need to pay with a large bill like a $100 or $50 I can only change up to $20 back. Please plan accordingly.
Appointment Timing
If you are running 10
or more minutes
late, please text/message/call me and let me know. A Late Fee may be assessed, a reduction in service may be necessary (payment of full service), or a possible need to reschedule appointment with a Rebooking Fee.

If I am running more than 10 minutes late I will do my best to give you a heads up.
Rebooking
I understand the need to cancel or reschedule comes up sometimes. When last minute appointment changes occur, it creates a hole within the business day that can't always be filled last minute. Rebooking fees create trust & respect within our working relationship.

72hrs or less = 20% Rebooking Fee
48hrs or less = 50% Rebooking Fee
24hrs or less = 100% Rebooking Fee
Rebooking Fee = Invoice emailed, to be payed in full before new appointment offered
A variety of complimentary snack and refreshment offerings are available at every appointment.
