Please contact me directly for any questions or concerns regarding your appointment or service. If something comes up within 24hrs of your appointment, text or call me. Otherwise text or email are the best forms of communication.

Contacting New Image Hair Studio takes 2-3 days before I receive messages and causes huge delays in communication which can be detrimental to ALL parties.

Rebooking & Canceling

I understand the need to cancel or reschedule comes up sometimes. When last minute appointment changes occur, it creates a hole within the business day that can't always be filled last minute. Rebooking fees create trust & respect within our working relationship.

72hrs or less = 20% Rebooking Fee

48hrs or less = 50% Rebooking Fee

24hrs or less = 100% Rebooking Fee

Rebooking Fee = Invoice emailed, to be payed in full before new appointment offered

~Selecting Up to $50 will alot you a Constultation Appointment. If you would like a service performed at your appointment please choose a different budget option.

~Selecting 3pm-6:30pm or Saturdays 10am-4:30pm will add you to my waitlist.~ These are the most popular hours and get booked well in advanced. If you'd like to choose another time I'll most likely be able to accommodate you sooner. If you DO NOT mind waiting 6-8 weeks (possibly more) feel free to continue with your selection.
